Join Lisa on a seven-day silent retreat, where the noise of daily life softens and a space of deep rest, openness, and silence naturally unfolds. In this intimate retreat, Lisa gently guides an exploration of the illusion of the separate self, revealing the freedom that is already present—beyond effort, beyond thought, beyond seeking. Through talks, open Q&A, shared silence, bodywork, meditation, and kirtan, you are invited to see through the story of “me” and reconnect with the natural ease of simply being.

​This year’s venue is a peaceful beautiful place that supports individual spiritual exploration and growth. It places strong emphasis on sustainable food culture, offering organic meals, most of which are grown on the property.

The Schedule

This is a rough schedule that may change closer to the event. (All sessions are optional)

•   8:00am -   9:00am | Yoga or body work

• 10:00am - 11:30am | Meditation / Kirtan

• 12:00am -  1:30pm | Talk and Q&A with Lisa

•  4:30pm -   5:50pm | Meditation with Lisa 

•  6:00pm -   7:00pm |Talk and Q&A with Lisa 

•  8:30pm -   9:30pm | Kirtan / meditation with Lisa

Give-Back Ticket: 1 650 GBP 

Single room with en-suite bathroom. Includes a £300 contribution to sponsor participants on low incomes.

 

Compassion Ticket: 1 550 GBP 

Single room with en-suite bathroom. Includes a £200 contribution to sponsor participants on low incomes.

Generosity Ticket: 1 450 GBP 

Single room with en-suite bathroom. Includes a £100 contribution to sponsor participants on low incomes.

Single room en-suite: 1 350 GBP

Single room shared bathroom:  1 250 GBP

Double room: 1 150 EUR

Shared dorm room (3-4):  895 GBP ​

Camping : 695 GBP

The price includes: 

•  two talks and Q&A a day with Lisa Cairns

•  meditation (optional)

•  body-work (optional) 

•  Kirtan/chanting (optional)

•  emotional release work (optional)  

•  accommodation and three meals a day, vegetarian food

•  organisation fee 

•  rental costs of the space

•  support workers who help with the event

 

To secure your reservation, a 30% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due by July 1st. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll send you detailed payment instructions.

• The exact address will be sent to you after booking.

• If you would like to know the address before booking, you are welcome to email us: emilia@lisacairns.com . Please check your junk mail for our reply. Please note, we will ask you to verify your identity before we will give you the venue address. This will be through payment of some type (which we can then refund). If you have already paid for an event with Lisa, then you will not have to verify your identity. Thank you for understanding.​

Travel Insurance

​​

Lisa and the retreat centre do not provide travel or health insurance. Participants are responsible for arranging their own coverage.

If you are a European you maybe able to get a Health Insurance Card (EHIC). These cards are free and allow access to state-provided healthcare in many European countries. Please note that coverage may be limited and may not include all medical costs, so we strongly recommend purchasing additional travel and health insurance.

If you are traveling from outside of the EU, you are required to arrange appropriate travel and health insurance for the duration of your stay.

 

Extra info

• Excluding the first and last day, every day will be in silence. The only exception during the silence period are the talks with Lisa and other classes held by other teachers. 

• We are happy to help you with travel arrangements, more info will be given when booking. 

• No refunds of the ticket will be made 3 months before the event. 

• Lisa is unable to offer one to one session in the event, if you feel you would need this, it is advisable not to attend.

Sponsorship

 

There are people that would like to come but cannot afford the prices. If you would like to sponsor someone to come, or apply for a sponsorship, Emilia will be happy to help. You can also purchase a generosity ticket which would help fund other participants.

Disclaimer

BY pre-registering or signing in at registration on an event you understand, acknowledge and agree that:

​

·   You are at least 18 years of age on the event day

·   In the unlikely occurrence that at the last-minute Lisa would not be able to attend  a retreat, due to an extreme situation – such as severe illness or immediate family illness or death, then another non-duality teacher will replace Lisa, no refunds could be given.

·  Attendees must provide their own health/travel/liability insurance.

·  In the unlikely occurrence the retreat is cancelled for reasons beyond Lisa Cairns control, Lisa Cairns is not responsible for the attendee’s expenses.

·  Please note that it is each participant’s responsibility to check their visa requirements and obtain the necessary travel documentation to enter UK. If you are a citizen of an EU-country, please be aware that  EU citizens travelling to the UK without visa will need an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) - European Commission

·  You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss that may occur during or as a result of your attendance, unless caused by the gross negligence or intentional misconduct of the event organizer.

·  The event organizer, venue, sponsors, and affiliates are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event, and you acknowledge that the use of all facilities (including, but not limited to, swimming pools and recreational areas) is entirely at your own risk.

·  You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizer from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in the event.
