Sages Book Club Policy
1. Respectful and loving environment
We aim to create a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and welcome.
We kindly ask all participants to treat Lisa, the staff, the organisers, and fellow participants with kindness, consideration, and respect at all times.
If someone behaves in a way that goes against these values:

They will first receive a gentle reminder or warning.

If the behaviour continues, they may be asked to leave the Sages Book Club to help protect the wellbeing of the group.
2. Payment Terms and Conditions

Payments must be completed within 7 days of the invoice being issued.

A payment reminder will be sent after the 7-day period if payment has not been received.

If payment is still outstanding 3 days after the reminder, the reserved spot may be reassigned to another participant.

This policy is in place to minimize administrative time spent on payment follow-ups.
Participants are responsible for:

Checking spam or junk folders for missing invoices

Contacting us if an invoice appears not to have been received

Keeping track of their own payments and due dates
3. Installment Payments
Failure to make installment payments on time will result in the loss of eligibility for the installment payment option.
4. Discounted Class Spot
Withdrawal from an ongoing series of classes results in the forfeiture of the discounted rate, which will be reassigned in the subsequent round.
5. Last-Minute Cancellations
Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the start of the class are non-refundable.
6. Telegram Group
Each class benefits from a private group on Telegram, moderated by the staff. This group is meant only for organisational purposes and sharings during the course.
For privacy reasons, the group will be deleted at the end of the class cycle.
