The deep relaxation of who you are

In this zoom session, Lisa will explore the deep relaxation of knowing and being who you are, beyond the character. She will point you back to that which is already free, while illuminating the attachments to who you believe yourself to be.

The group will be limited to a maximum of 18 people, to create a more intimate environment where people can share openly and honestly. The talk will not be recorded, shown live or published after the event. Participants can ask questions without the concern of it being shown later in the internet.  It will also be a smaller group than YouTube live streams, where participants can see and interact with each other.

The meeting will consist of:

30 minutes listening/dancing to music. 

30 minutes of talk by Lisa. 

1 hour of questions and answers.

*Once you have booked your spot, in the coming days an email will be sent to you with an invoice. The invoice will contain a link where you can pay by card or send a bank transfer. 

**Participants can choose how much they want to pay. Twenty euros is the minimum, but you are welcome to pay more if you want to. This is not dependent on your income... but what feels in your flow. 🙏
